At CashWeddingGift we have implemented the highest level of online security available. We provide a safe, secure and convenient way to send and receive gifts online.

Every gift is verified from the card holder before the funds are released to the bride and groom. There is a 3 day minimum account review period to verify the registry account and monetary gifts. Funds are released to the bride and groom only after the wedding has taken place.

If the wedding is called off for any reason, the gifted funds are the responsibility of the engaged couple (registrants) to refund to their guests. 

1) From the home page, click on “Give A Gift” button.

2) Enter the registry number from your invitation email or enter in the  first and last name of the bride or groom.

3) Click the “Go” button.

4) If you entered in the CashWeddingGift Registry number, you will be  taken directly to the bride and groom’s wedding registry.

5) If you entered the bride or groom’s first and last name, a screen will  show you the brides and grooms that are registered with CashWeddingGift.com under the names you entered.  Select the bride and groom that invited you to  the registry and click on “View Registry.”

6) Enter “Gift Amount” and select payment method.

7) Sign the bride and groom’s guestbook (optional) and enter in the requested information.

8) Enter credit card and payment information as prompted by the  screen.  Once finished, a receipt will be emailed to the email address you entered.

1) From your registry Dashboard, click on “Invite Guests.”   Browse  your desktop for the .csv file you would like to upload.  (Make sure  your .csv file content is cleared out of every field except for email.) 
*Any other fields included in this file besides email addresses will  prevent the system from sending invitations successfully.*

2) You can also enter in email addresses manually.  Separate each email address entered with a comma with no spaces in between addresses. 

3) If you have Gmail, simply enter in your username and password in the "Gmail Box" located on the "Invite Guests" page.  Your contacts will automatically be imported into the email box provided and will be ready to be sent.

Step 1. Create your Video

Make sure you smile and thank your guests for visiting your guest registry. Make sure you let them know what their gift is being used for. (i.e. to help pay for wedding or honeymoon, to help buy a house, to save for college fund, to buy a second car, etc.)

Keep it short and simple.

Save your video to your computer.

Step 2. Create your YouTube account

Create a YouTube account at www.YouTube.com. If you are a member of Gmail you can sign in using your Gmail Username and Password.

Once you have created your YouTube account, it will ask you to create a YouTube username and enter your gender. Click on "Next" and your YouTube channel has been created!

Step 3. Uploading Video to YouTube

After your YouTube channel has been created, Click on "Upload Video" or you can record directly from your Webcam.

Browse your computer and upload your video file.

After your video is uploaded, Click on the Video.

Below the video click on "Share." Then Click on "Embed."

Copy the highlighted text and return to your CashWeddingGift.com Registry page.

Now you are ready to add your video to your registry page!

Step 4. Adding Video to your CWG Registry

Sign into your CashWeddingGift Registry Page and click on "Edit My Registry."

Click on "Change Video."

Paste the highlighted text into the “Upload Registry Video” box.

Change the Width and Height numbers to the numbers that are stated below the registry video box. (i.e. “254” and “192")

Step 5. Sharing your video with Facebook and Twitter!

This is an extremely important step if you have a Facebook and/ or Twitter account.  This is a great way to attract more friends to your registry increasing your cash gift amount!

Log into your YouTube account.

In the upper right hand corner next to your Username, click on the drop down menu.

Below, click on “Video.”

Click on your uploaded "CashWeddingGift.com Registry Video."

Below your video there will be a "Share" button.  Click on it.

Here you can choose to share your video with Facebook and Twitter!   

Once numbers have been changed press Save.

Your video will come up on your screen. Click on Save once more.

Click the "Back" button and congratulations! You now have a Registry Video that you just shared!

Your video should be light and fun.  Tell your guests how grateful  you are to be getting married and for their monetary gift.  Tell them  what you are saving for (a home, second car, retirement fund, etc)  and how their contribution truly helps.  Keep it short and sweet  around 30 seconds – no more than a minute.  A sample script is  below:

Hi there, and thanks for visiting our wedding registry!  We are excited for the wedding and are looking forward to our life together.  We want to take a moment and sincerely thank you for your gift.  We are saving up for ______.  Your gift is instrumental in helping us reach that goal.  We will always remember your generosity, and thank you from the bottom of our hearts.  Bye!

You get the idea.  Be yourself, be sincere and have fun!

CashWeddingGift uses sophisticated security technology to protect  your private information.  We will never sell or pass on your  personal information to third parties outside of facilitating the processing of your gift or providing resources for your wedding.  Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.

Please allow 3 days to verify credit card account holder information. The accumulated funds in your CashWeddingGift account will be transferred directly to the bank information entered into the registry section of your account. The account registrant will receive the full amount indicated in their account.  The service is free to the engaged couple.  The gift givers will be charged 3.9% credit card processing fee and a nominal service charge of $4.99.  These fees cover bank transaction fees, credit card company processing fees, monetary tranfer fees, administrative fees and any other costs associated with the service of their payment. (i.e. $100.00 gift total will be $108.89)

Before registering, please make sure to fully read and understand the Terms of Use located at the bottom of any page.

After you have fully read and understand the Terms of Use simply fill out all tof he basic information on the registry form.  Once you agree to terms of use, click on the "Join Now" button.

A confirmation email will be promptly sent to your registered email address. Please make sure to save this email. It will have your Username and Password.

Click on the "Account Verification" link in the email to Login to your CashWeddingGift.com account.  It's that easy!
